Background:


Dr. Cassandra Kelley received her doctorate in Learning Technologies from Pepperdine University in 2019. She currently supports the Learning Research and Development Center (LRDC) at the University of Pittsburgh and the Center for Integrative Research in Computing and Learning Sciences (CIRCLS) nonprofit organization with AI and emerging technologies research projects led by academic researchers, K-12 educators, industry researchers, and other interested groups. Dr. Kelley also teaches graduate courses for National University in the Master of Science in Designing Instructional and Educational Technology (MSDIET) Program. She has previously served as a faculty member in the CalStateTEACH Teacher Preparation Program through California State University, a Practicum Supervisor for the University of San Diego, and an adjunct instructor at the University of North Florida. Additionally, she has seven years of experience as an elementary educator, during which she served as School Technology Coordinator, facilitating professional development for effective technology integration. Dr. Kelley is passionate about sharing innovative ways to use technology with educators.
